Up to 20 hours of personal wedding planning (location viewing, meetings in person or over the phone, skype, making arrangements with wedding suppliers…)
A full wedding plan, serving as a guideline for all the suppliers & wedding day schedule
Creative ideas brainstorming and research to make your wedding bespoke
Assistance with design per couple’s vision including small details (stationery, gifts from the guests...)

Venue & suppliers

Wedding venue scouting (visit and tour of a wedding venues based on your wants, needs and budget, site, meet with the venue manager, …)
Assist with venue and providers selection based on the desires and needs of client
Assist with menu options, beverage selection + floor plan
Attend venue walk through(s) for design & logistical planning
Confirm all vendors (delivery times, items being delivered, etc) the week prior to the wedding

Paperwork & admin

Registration process (Legal acts and regulations, registration information and administrative processes)
Preparation of the necessary documents before and after the wedding

Wedding day coordination

Full day coordination on the day of the wedding (up to 6 hours)
The planner’s personal contact to communicate with guests and coordinate their accommodation and transport arrangements
Preparation of wedding favours and stationery
Oversee all wedding day deliveries (handle all last minute needs if possible.)
Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated
Provide wedding emergency kit
Deliver payment to vendors requiring payment the day of the wedding

Process

5 steps to your bespoke Lake Bled elopement

We’ll start with a video call to agree on the essentials and set the expectations. We will discuss all your requirements and wishes, including the budget, the venues, and suppliers.
We will prepare an elopement plan draft based on what we’ve discussed. Then we’ll book the venue and arrange the suppliers. We’ll have regular catch-ups to stay on track.
Final preparations and venue viewing will take place before the elopement wedding. We’ll review the tables arrangement, the ceremony process, try on the wedding dress... everything to ensure that you’ll feel comfortable and relaxed.
On your big day, we will be there to support you. We’ll will make sure everything goes according to plan.
After the elopement day, we will ensure all the documents, photos, etc. are delivered to you (by post if needed).
