What an amazing experience. Karin and her team did an amazing job in helping me plan the perfect proposal on a row boat on Lake Bled. I opted for the rowboat proposal package as it was in the centre of everything whilst also being far away from others and super intimate. Karin organised a basket of my (now) fiancés favourite wine and some nibbles to enjoy. Her wonderful team did a great job of capturing the proposal on their own boat, followed by a photo shoot and delivery of the wine etc. One of the main benefits of using Karin is her connections in Lake Bled, she organised a horse and carriage ride to Bled Castle and booked us in to the best table at Bled Castle Restaurant for an unforgettable meal. A massive thanks to Karin and everyone involved for the most amazing experience, Kirsten had the most perfect day!

Karin is exceptional. She made our wedding the most perfect day (weekend) of our lives. Her attention to detail from the start over a year ago, through until the end of wedding day was unmatched. Planning a wedding abroad in a country that doesn’t speak English as its first language was always going to be tough, but it didn’t feel that way. She would offer recommendations, answer (or find out) our questions but never force us down one route. I tended to just approve and pay once we were happy! Everyone commented on how I was such a laid back stress free bride and that's all thanks to Karin! The whole process start to finish was so smooth and easy. What an amazing group of women! They are so nice, attentive, and really work hard to make all of your dreams come true! We were planning from the USA for an elopement in Slovenia, and Aleksandra was so great! She thought of everything and was very professional and so kind. She kept in touch with me about everything. Everyone was so accommodating, and my goodness she found the best makeup artist, hair stylist, photographer, florist, and well everyone that came and made our day so special. I cannot rave enough about how wonderful they all are! It meant the world to us the amount of help and time put into making everything so perfect! I highly recommend this group and Aleksandra! I have nothing but wonderful things to say!

Having her there when planning our wedding made life so much easier and meant that we were able to enjoy the process and the weeks and days leading up to the wedding so much more, stress free! Amazing place, with a wrong person

We got engaged in Central Park in May 2022. Immediately thereafter, we started to plan for our wedding, the first step of course being choosing the location. We had visited Bled and surrounding areas a couple of years earlier and fell in love with Lake Bled and its close vicinity to nature. By chance, after Googling around a bit, we came in contact with Karin and her team. From the get go, Karin guided us through all choices and decisions needed to be addressed (including visiting and choosing the right venue for us, Vila Bled) in order to get the wedding we dreamed of. Apart from being very organised, hands on and proactive, she has incredible knowledge of the area and local suppliers such as photo/videographers, hair and make-up, DJ’s and florists. This knowledge and hands-on attitude really showed when my wife did her trial make-up session just a couple of days before the wedding. She wasn’t happy with the result and Karin immediately handled the communication with the supplier and lined up a new make-up artist which was very skilled. Throughout all parts of planning a wedding, countless questions and worries comes up and we felt very comfortable having Karin around to help us sort it all out and making sure we focused on the right things while she and her team handled everything else. In essence, we could not be happier with the assistance we got from Karin and we would recommend her services to anyone thinking of getting married in Bled!

We used Wedding Lake Bled to plan our wedding day. We were very happy with all of the arrangements made by our planner, Aleksandra. She handled everything, including Slovenian vendors and the venue of Bled Castle. This made things easy for us as we are UK residents who wanted to marry in Lake Bled. Everything was well organised on the day. Everything went to plan with the planner on hand to assist. It was a perfect wedding day.

We were delighted with the work done by Karin and especially her assistant Eva Lavter in helping us plan our daughter’s wedding at Vila Bled in July 2023. Among the challenges: (1) Virtually all the planning was done long distance – we live in the US in Chicago, a seven-hour time difference from Slovenia; our daughter was in law school in Boston; and the groom was working in Houston. We had weekly Zoom calls with Eva over a six-month period to review the countless choices for the ceremony, food and beverages, music, hair and makeup, floral arrangements, and so on. (2) Our daughter and her fiancé chose to have a nontraditional wedding, with a Slovenian civil ceremony at Vila Bled followed by an exchange of vows on Bled Island. This involved complicated logistics (among other things, boats to get wedding attendees from the Vila to the island) and numerous legal documents. Eva walked us through each step of the process, patiently explaining all that was required and providing an excellent selection of vendors for all the necessary services. Despite some close calls, the whole thing went off beautifully with only a few minor hitches – truly a fairy-tale wedding in a magnificent setting. We couldn’t have done it without Karin and Eva and warmly recommend them.

Next to weddings it is also possible to plan a proposal with Wedding Lake Bled. Karin and her crew did an amazing job. Karin had some nice ideas and due to their experience it was perfectly plannend and executed. The proposal at the Bled castle was a fairytale and the lake view table at the restaurant was an awesome suprise. It was the perfect evening for us thanks to Wedding Lake Bled. So if you want a perfect proposal I can highly recommend them!

We used lake bled wedding planner to help us arrange our dream ceremony at the lake for 20th may 2023. Petra was our main contact & I cannot recommend her enough! Karin made our wedding day, amazing!!! Living in Italy, we stayed in Bled only once before the wedding. Karin and her team, through a constant exchange of emails made us choose and live every detail. The suppliers who suggested us were exceptional and together with them made our wedding unforgettable. We are from France and wanted to get married in Slovenia where my roots are. Bled was our choice because the place is wonderful, and close to Ljubljana. It was a bit stressful to organize the wedding from far away, with no guarranty we will have a trustful planner. We were very relieved to be helped by Karin and Eva, they were available and took care of everything, answering our requirements and providing very good advices. Direct recommendations for Petra! We had a fairytale wedding! Everything was planned by her as Swiss watch. She is absolute sincere at her job (you can see and fell it) did everything very smooth. Karin was able to help me with planning a perfect proposal. She has local connections that are really helpful. She sent me a list of photographers and then I picked the one which I liked the best. I proposed to my fiance on Ojstrica Hill. There were some other people there but Karin talked to them so that they moved away. This meant that I was able to propose on the perfect location without people being in the picture. Karin is very helpful, comes with creative ideas and I can highly recommend her services.

My husband and I are not the creative kind, so Karin was in charge of coming up with everything in terms of the decor. And it looked spectacular! She took care of every little detail with meticulous attention, precision and ahead of time. Her network of suppliers was extremely impressive and everyone she recommended delivered over and above our expectations. My best friend got married at the castle and it was A DREAM WEDDING where everything was pure PERFECTION! The entire Wedding Lake Bled team made sure of that, by taking care of every little detail. From the first contact with Wedding Lake Bled, until after our wedding, everything ran smoothly and we loved working with our wedding planner.
